Rules & Conditions of entry

Just decide which one or more of the 9 categories set out in this entry form you would like to enter and complete it (please provide main entry information on a separate sheet, no more than 500 words).

You can enter your own company, one you work for or even a firm you do business with.


Within each category, the judges will draw up a short list of the top five finalists who are guaranteed recognition.


All finalists will be invited to the black tie gala awards ceremony at the Radisson Hotel, Portman Square on Friday October 24th 2008, when the winners will be announced and the awards presented.


The closing date for entries is the 31st July 2008. A finalists list will then be announced.


The awards are open to recruitment agencies, H.R. departments of any business, recruitment advertising agencies and training providers that operate within the London and Southeast area, whether they are run by an individual or have numerous employees.


Once received no entries will be returned unless specifically requested by the applicant.


The organisers cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for the protection of rights to their product/service.


Entrants should ensure they have any necessary protection of their interests prior to submitting their entries The organisers will not be responsible for entries which may be damaged, lost or mislaid in the post.


The decision of the judges is final in terms of any award made.


The organisers will not be obliged to justify their decisions or enter into any correspondence.

Any entrants for the awards must be prepared to receive media coverage and this should be accepted as a condition of entry*.

Finalists in all categories are expected to attend the awards ceremony at The Radisson Hotel, Portman Square, on October 26th 2007.

Shortlisted applicants for the final may be requested to supply additional material in support of their application and to receive a visit from the judging panel if necessary.

The organisers reserve the right not to make awards in any category if the standard of entry does not warrant it.

All information submitted will be treated as confidential and will not, subject to above*, be disclosed without the permission of the applicant.

The award’s scheme is not open to employees of Archant, the REC, nor to the employees of sponsoring companies.

*Archant London and the REC reserve the right to publish general information pertaining to the companies entering the awards.

Details of a confidential nature will not be published.
